PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS
All prices on www.uhmmbox.com include VAT, but do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs vary from country to country, the fee and delivery method, will be stated clearly during the check-out process. Our standard delivery is 15€. Delivery is free if you purchase for more than 60€ (if you buy a minimum of 3 Uhmm Boxes).
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees etc. that may occur when delivering to a non-EU country.
PAYMENT
You can pay using the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay and PayPal. The amount will not be drawn from the customers’ account before the goods have been shipped. If you do not want to pay online, you can send an e-mail stating your order. We will subsequently send you an invoice by e-mail and ship your goods once payment is received. Please note, that by payment by invoice, an invoice-fee of 8€ will be claimed.
PRIVACY
What do we do with your information?
When you purchase a product from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect your personal information such as your name, address and email address. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Consent
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our rules. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

One.com
Our store is hosted on One.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through One.coms data storage, databases and the general One.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Quickpaystores your credit card data. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
Third-Party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies to understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

DELIVERY
We aim to deliver within 4-6 working days upon an order confirmation, unless a different agreement has been made. Although we always try to deliver within these delivery times, longer delivery may occur due to unexpected complications. Uhmm Box provides delivery with UPS to your company address or to your home address.
CLAIM AND RETURN POLICY
Uhmm Box provides a two-year warranty in compliance with the (Danish?) Sale of Goods Act, which includes manufacturing and material defects, found upon normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover faults or damages that, directly or indirectly, occur because of incorrect use, poor maintenance, force or unauthorized interventions. Complaints over defects, which should be discovered upon standard inspection of the product, must be reported to Uhmm Box within a reasonable period of time. The product can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, upon agreement, potential crediting. In connection with warranty issues, Uhmm Box reserves the right to keep return-costs within a reasonable scale.

Return of goods should also be sent to this address – please note, that we do not receive packages sent via C.O.D (Cash, or collect, on delivery – payment to be made when delivered to the recipient)
Returns can also occur upon failure to receive the package or by delivering the product in person to our address. It is not a demand, but it can expedite the process, if adequate information is included with the package – for example: a copy of the order confirmation, registration no. and an account no. of the bank account into which the refund should be made, and copies of any prior correspondence etc.
CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to return the goods within 14 days, from the day they are received. If you choose to return a purchase, you simply return the product in the original packaging, original condition and quantity that you received. Upon return, if the product is examined and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. The buyer is responsible for the return costs.
